Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally.
When will my order arrive?
- Customers making purchases with us agree to the shipping timeframe outlined below.
- All orders from the TWIN FLAME collection will start shipping out the week of Sept. 27th. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Customer's will not receive tracking updates prior to this date.
Can I exchange my items?
- We can only accept exchanges due to defected merchandise (i.e. damaged when received). All tags must be on the items when exchanged. However, we are not responsible for any damages incurred due to improper use of your items, improper wash, or any personal fault with mishandling the merchandise.
Can I return my items?
- All sales are final. We cannot accept returns to maintain health and safety standards for our customers during the pandemic.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, all packages are insured up to the value of your items. Claims can be made for items lost via USPS using your tracking information.
What if I input the wrong address?
- If you input the wrong address and the order has not shipped yet we will try our best to ensure your order is sent to the right place. However, we cannot guarantee the address will be corrected in time after the order is placed. If this happens to you, please email email@example.com ASAP with the headline "SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTION - (confirmation number)", and we will try our best to accommodate.
